1. SETUP YOUR TENANT PORTAL
To fully secure and reserve this approved unit, please set up your Tenant portal immediately by clicking on the “Setup Portal” link below in this approval letter. After completing the setup, kindly obtain your Tenant card, as it is required for all approved applicants.
2. RESERVE THE APPROVED UNIT
After setting up your Tenant portal and reserving the new unit, you will receive an email with a link to download your lease agreement through the portal. We strongly encourage all approved applicants to electronically sign the lease on their devices and upload it back via their Tenant portal.
